Marriage Equality means Equal Rights. The religious argument is irrelevant. The humor of this image aside, it’s sentiments hit spot on. How will two people you will probably never meet who are about as likely to divorce or stay in love forever as the straight population getting married affect your day to day? Exactly.

I haven’t used tumblr in months but viewing Caleb Lionheart’s page stimulated me to action. Thought this was funny and true.

what’s good?
This is my first real post thing so here it goes. i was scurrying through some old lyrics i typed into my computer. it’s amazing how you can read something you wrote and be instantly drawn back to that time and place. i remember exactly how i felt when i wrote these lyrics c. 2 years ago? i still kind of like them. see what my 3 disciples think…
“I’m feeling quite
ambivalent:
My feelings are conflicted on battlefields of innocence.
You have an arrow in me that I can’t seem to rip free.
Cut out my tongue because it’s of no use to me.
But for now I’ll let the darkness hug us goodnight and I’ll blow a kiss into the wind hoping it sails to your heart.”
Anyway, day one of LI Fest was fun but cut short for matty b and i. no worries. tomorrow and saturday will be great. i have high hopes for the future, let’s see what happens…
